Excellent
Upon entering the lobby, we are greeted by the lovely fresh scent. All the staff are cheerful and friendly and professional. The facade is a wow. Love staying here and sad when it is time to leave. It makes me look forward to our next stay here.

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I had such a lovely stay! The hotel has old school charm which is pretty special. Fantastic Club Lounge with great options and wonderful staff is a highlight. We shall return!

Excellent stay
Great location, near tram and train. Walking distance to Circular Quay, restaurants, etc. Comfortable room, quiet, nice bathroom, room to put our stuff. Helpful staff. Good variety at breakfast buffet. Early check-in worth every penny after a long flight. Would definitely recommend.
