Hilton Sydney

From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at this stunning hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel right at home. Our room was warm and inviting, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had lovely views overlooking the QVB and Darling Harbour. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, right in the centre of Sydney with the tram located directly outside the front door to transport us to Cirulr Quay or the south of Sydney such as Chinatown. Breakfast in the Glass Brassier was terrific, so many choices offered for breakfast - it was feast! Fresh fruit, hot foods such as bacon, sausages, eggs, various cerals etc. It offered something for everyone. etc. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly and eager to help, whether it was offering local recommendations or simply sharing a smile. It’s that kind of personal touch that transforms a great stay into an unforgettable one. Willam in the Executive Loung and Duyug in the Glass Brassier - they were absoluely exceptional. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Sydney!

The location is perfect! It's in the heart of Sydney CBD. Walking distance to shopping and food. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel that I hope to visit again. Outstanding location. Outstanding service. Great breakfast. Definitely visit the Marble Bar on the lower level--fantastic. I also recommend the Sydney Tower and Whale watching in Sydney Harbor! The hotel is an easy walk to both.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst in Sydney . The staff are very helpful and friendly and the room allocated to us was on the top floor. Room was clean and bed comfortable . The location of the hotel was good for walking to the harbour and many other city centre sites. Breakfast was good but found we did have to wait the later you arrived but it was acceptable. Would stay again.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Hilton Sydney. The location is fantastic with major shopping and retail outlets at the doorstep. Excellent connectivity to public transportation means you can be anywhere in Sydney quickly. Rooms are very modern and equipped with all modern amenities. my room on 39th floor head great view as well. The check-in process was very smooth. However, I only noticed for in room service the phone response time was less than desirable and it took a long time for the front desk to answer when I dialed in for a query. One of the most amazing aspects of our stable breakfast, which was extremely delicious and perhaps the best Hilton breakfast I ever had. Everything from fruits to bakery and hot items were delicious and authentic in taste. Great place to stay.
