Top Notch
We had a room facing the harbor with a view of the bridge and Opera House. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. It was a “challenge” getting to the Conservatory Restaurant – in terms of the route and the food was just OK. However, the Treasury Bar is outstanding – the ambience and quality drinks are top notch.

Best Sydney Location
InterContinental Sydney continues to be my IHG Sydney go to property. The rooms are beautifully appointed, fresh, and comfortable. Its unbeatable location and the breathtaking Club Lounge truly elevate every stay. The addition of chamomile tea with the turndown service is a particularly thoughtful touch that adds to the overall comfort. A huge kudos to Jin (Club Manager), whose attention to detail and noting of guest preferences is truly best-in-class. She leads a team with great energy. Thank you to Katie, Tiffany, Lucas, and the entire Club team for consistently delivering an outstanding InterContinental Club experience. I look forward to returning again soon!

Great Location and Service
We were in Sydney for several days before hopping on a cruise. The location of the Intercontinental is fantastic as many places of interest are within a 15 minute walking distance. We were greatly impressed by the service we received from beginning to end. The concierge, Greg was very helpful and provided tips on where to go and setting up the purchase of excursion tickets. Ben, a server at the breakfast service was very professional and provided excellent service each time we were in there. The breakfast is by far one of the best breakfasts my husband and I have had while traveling. They provide lots of options for all dietary preferences, the food is tasty and their service is excellent. We would definitely recommend the Intercontinental Sydney by IHG to anyone visiting the area!
