The Langham Sydney

The whole Hospitality team of the Langham hotel were top class host. special mention to the Oliver and Vinni at concierge services for helping us even after we left the property. We had left the property in hurry leaving multiple items in the room including more than 5000 dollar cash . Vinni sent it to us through courier to our next city hotel. Also i would like to mention your whatsapp Guest services full-filled all the unconveintional requests we made over the 4 days, including daily ordering food which was not even in your menu! Thank you very much. We will definitely be choosing Langham everytime in whichever countries, cities we travel in future.

This beautiful hotel has fantastic spacious rooms and facilities and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and very peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city and the spa services are amazing.

We have travelled extensively around the world and stayed at many wonderful five star hotels. Have stayed at a number of Langham hotels, London, Hong Kong and Pasadena in the USA and so thought on this trip, we should stay at Sydney Langham. Check in was wonderful, reception was professional and organised and it went as one would expect, even had the signature Langham smell. Special thanks to Zeek in reception who was very helpful and professional. We booked a Junior Suite and so headed to the third floor being the top floor. The room was how you would expect, spacious layout and comfortable, however just missed the eye for detail. There was my wife and myself, strangely we only had been given one towel and no slippers. There was some mould in the shower area and some bad maintenance work carried out, but essentially this down to management not having an eye for detail, as these are simple fixes and issues. Location is fantastic and in a wonderful part of Sydney, you can walk into town or to Circular Quay, we really enjoyed the location. In room dining was sadly average at best and salty dishes, not sure who is managing this department, but maybe they should put more focus around the food offering. We asked for it to be hot, but it arrived only warm, so not pleasant. We would stay again and would recommend it without hesitation.

The Langham, Sydney — “a luxurious sanctuary located in the heart of The Rocks.” Loved the elegant rooms and the Observatory Bar — an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. All staff were amazing and special mention to MarieClaire, Andrew, Chau, Rohan, Jose, and Lawson.

Staying at The Langham should be on everyone’s bucket list! From Oliver’s greeting to Zeke’s great customer service at Reception this hotel is superb. The staff can’t do enough for you & the comfort of the rooms is exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. We chose the In room dining option for dinner. Again it was amazing. 10/10 for everything.
