Great Location
Great location for visiting the Sydney Opera House and the harbor. Only a 5 to 10 minute walk to circular quay to catch the ferries, trains, and light rail to take you to other parts of the city. Staff was excellent and very good at customer service.

Fantastic Hospitality!
Fantastic hospitality, location and rooms! The rooms were huge and can't believe the location. The best was the staff and their attention to detail! Came for the Sydney Marathon and was blown away with their service! We arrived before we were able to check in and the right away the staff provided us with access to the showers and pool so we can freshen up (we flew from the United States). When we arrived to our room, our luggage was neatly placed in the room and the room had the best view of the Sydney bridge! The best part was when I was greeted with a special gift and dessert for completing the sydney marathon. I came into the room and it was sitting there! I lightly mentioned to the check-in person and can't believe he communicated this to the rest of the team to get this one! Talk about hospitality! Thank you Hyatt for you amazing service! Highly recommend, especially if you're running the Sydney Marathon - the race runs through the hotel too.

Mixed Feelings in.a Park Hyatt
I had reserved for 3 night, but left after 2 nights. The inconsistency in staff service is surprising. Some were the best I have ever seen in Hyatt chain, while others were some of the worst. As a Park Hyatt, the pinnacle of Hyatt brand, I expected better consistency. Location is ONLY if you have a view of the opera house, but without it, it can be quite inconvenient.

Lovely view of the Opera house with team dedicated to every need you might have. My wife is a Globalist with Hyatt and they surprised us with goods and amenities during our stay. We had some issue with the points but they managed to fix after a while. If you want to best view of Sydney look no further. This is the place
