Park Hyatt Sydney

Absolutely outstanding. A world class Property. Fantastic room, that view… Staff friendly, helpful and helped make the stay. The pool on the roof is stunning.

The Park Hyatt Sydney is located at The Rocks, a historical district where the Europeans first settled - extremely convenient location, especially since Circular Quay is just a few mins walk away. Atmosphere is high-end, exclusive and you could feel the serenity once you step in to the hotel’s front door. The renovation is modern and discreet, and there is always a hint of luxury, wherever you go in the hotel. I stayed in the Opera Deluxe room, which was a complimentary upgrade provided by the hotel, by way of my Globalist status with Hyatt. The room was spectacular with the Sydney Opera House so close to you, which offers amazing views at sunrise, sunset, and during the day when the reflection is just at the right place. Everything was pristine in the room and worked as expected. Balcony in the room also allowed us to soak in the sun and relax when needed. Hotel staffs were all super helpful and professional. You could feel that they’re here to enhance your experience whilst in Sydney. Food was also spectacular. Breakfast experience was great - with a buffet style continental breakfast, and an order of a large plate. I’ve been to multiple Park Hyatt properties around the world. Without a doubt, this is the best Park Hyatt I’ve stayed in - one that celebrates its culture and embraces the use of locally sourced products / ingredients where possible, which is a true Park Hyatt experience.

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Sydney was really superb. Rooms are luxuriously spread out, views are fantastic (see my pic of view from our room).. The breakfasts are superb and the front desk staff and concierge are top notch and helpful. Now let’s talk about proximity. You can’t get any better. Near the quay and close to everything, if not uber is very available. It was a perfect stay in Sydney.

Our treatment as Globalist members was incredible! The communication prior to our arrival was excellent. We were delighted with our Opera House view room. My daughter’s birthday cake and flowers were very thoughtful. The bartenders and servers were very personable and had great recommendations throughout our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed an exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt Sydney. The hotel is nothing short of outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. The hotel is classy, the room was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. The view of Sydney Harbor and the Opera House was spectacular. The Park Hyatt exceeded our expectations in comfort, hospitality and elegance. We can't wait for our next stay at The Park Hyatt in beautiful Sydney!
