Spa was amazing. Check-in was easy and relaxing. Massage therapist was incredible. Cannot recommend this experience more!

My husband booked the spa day for us for as a birthday gift for me. Although the staff were wonderful, welcoming and kind this was probably the worst and poorest quality yet one of the most expensive massages I have ever had. It was immensely disappointing, the quality of the massage, technique etc. were absolutely terrible. It was quite surprising and shocking as we expected a very professional and very good quality. The facial which my husband had also included for me was well below average and the part that I was looking forward to the most, the scalp massage was absolutely, shockingly terrible. It was extremely ammature, at one point she was just gently pulling my hair. I barely had a scalp massage and when she did try it was just so ammature and terrible. We had booked a fully body massage and my back was not massaged at all, even massaging the hands it was so terrible, the pressure points were missed. It was quite baffling as it seemed someone who had barely given massages before was doing this. As we both walked out we looked at each other and equally shocked. Very very disappointed as it felt such a waste of a lot of money, it left me very sad and disappointed as this was to be a treat after a very challenging year.

W Hotel was really nice! Great location and very nice people. Alex at the bar in the lobby area was really nice! She is a great asset to the Hotel! She was very accommodating! My experience in Sydney great one! I’ll be back soon!

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) and stayed for one night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, so we were given complimentary drinks, which we enjoyed in the bar with its spectacular views — a wonderful start to our stay. The hotel had also arranged a cake and some treats for my daughter, which were waiting in the room, making for a lovely surprise. The room itself was gorgeous, with stunning views. We went for a swim on Level 29 the next morning and could have stayed there all day. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable — we’d love to come back again one day. Room - excellent Amenities - excellent Location - excellent Cleanliness - excellent Value - on the higher side compared to regular hotels, but it does feel luxurious
