My recent stay at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney exceeded all expectations, thanks to the truly outstanding service. A special thank you to Ms. Tina and Mr. Nethan from the concierge desk—both were incredibly helpful and during our dining experience, the restaurant staff delivered impeccable service. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Vaidai Joshi, whose hospitality, attentiveness. The food was fantastic, and it was the personalized service that truly stood out.

Top rate service
Excellent hotel. We stayed in one of the better suite offerings, and the service was pitch perfect. I really appreciated how they cater to families and went out of their way to ensure the comfort of the children. Highly recommended—I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding hospitality
I spent a couple of nights here at the Four Seasons Sydney on my first trip to Australia . From the moment I set foot through the door I experienced nothing but kindness and a genuine willingness to look after guests on the part of the staff . After a very difficult journey I appreciated this immensely. My room was fabulous with an amazing view of the harbour and opera house . I even left the blind open at night to see the twinkling lights and the crescent moon and Venus over the opera house . The bed was the most comfortable ever and the pillows heavenly . Whilst in terms of interior design the hotel is not as modern or glamorous as some Four Seasons in other parts of the world , the price of rooms reflects that and I felt it was excellent value . I had a wonderful facial in the spa too from Sandy who was so lovely . The location is fantastic too . My thanks to everyone I encountered . I give you all 10/10 and would have no hesitation in staying here again

great service, but infrastructure / neighborhood is very noisy
Club level food is great benefit, however booked 12 nights, and after 4 now looking for other options. outdoor club across George St was so noisy our kept us awake on 25th floor full harbor view room. (until this community issue is resolved, beware your experience may be impacted by issues outside the property's control). Moved up to 33rd floor in same room and street noise is unbearable (has to be due to window quality/seal, since club level on 32nd floor is completely quiet). Very disappointed this hasn't worked out, despite it being on Amex preferred hotel list for Sydney

Fabulous hotel
Great hotel and outstanding customer service. The restaurant is absolutely one of the best. Great location. All staff are so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend to everyone
