The service at this hotel was excellent, in particular the Concierge team on Level 1 The level of service and information they provided was outstanding . help with locating Metro and Bus routes, which Metro and bus card was the best to purchase and where, best coffee shops Barber shops maps umbrellas where to find the nearest laundry The level of service was absolutely fantastic Always friendly and approachable always welcoming you back after a day out Ori, Patty and Andy who provided all of the help and information, always with a smile and patience Such a wonderful team This level of service guarantees return visits

Best Hotel in Taipei with Great Hospitality!
Palais de Chine is the best hotel adjacent to Taipei Main Station in the heart of Taipei city and I must admit that my stay was one of the best here. The great hospitality, excellent food and room facilities are best in the the whole of Taipei city and one should choose this hotel without doubt when in Taipei. I would specially mention about Mr. Andy, of the Concierge department who is a marvelous person, most friendly and he is an asset to the Palais de Chine Hotel, I must say. The hotel should promote him to the post of Concierge Manager. He will not disappoint, I am sure.
