Excellent Concierge and Housekeeping Team
The very friendly and responsive concierge team at PDC led by Mike Huang, his team members Ori Wu and Ting Nie has made our stay in Taipei most memorable. Mike helped us with reservations at the 3 star Michelin restaurant Le Palais. His recommendation on the choice of dish to pre-order at LP was spot on and the food very much suited our taste buds. Ori provides service with a smile behind her mask and helped my travel mate pack her many purchases in a box to grab and go. Housekeeping was prompt to vacuum broken glass shards at a late hour. Much appreciate the warm human touches in PDC which has dark decor and is dimly lit along corridors.

Excellent city hotel
Excellent room, super clean. Massive bed. Excellent value for money. Fantastic location too, lots of bars and restaurants around. Great breakfast. Lots of choice.

A good experience to stay at Palais de Chine 君品酒店
It locates near Taipei Train station, can transit to MRT. It is convenient. There is shopping mall next to Hotel, it is easy to find a place to eat and buy souvenirs. Hotel has largr room for family to stay, 2 big twins beds fit for 4 of us. Hotel room is clean and tidy. The Hotel staff are polite, nice and helpful. However, the lighting is a bit dark in the room. And the variety of breakfast buffet has room to be improved. Overall, we are satisfied with the Hotel services

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Ori and Gary for their outstanding service during our 4-day stay at the Palais de Chine Hotel in Taipei. We arrived on August 14, 2025, and from the moment I approached the concierge desk with a special request, they both went above and beyond to assist me. I was hoping to arrange a family photo session but, not speaking Mandarin, I found it difficult to make bookings. Ori immediately stepped in with genuine care, researching and presenting 5–6 photography services that matched both my preferences and budget. Once I confirmed a choice, Ori and Gary tag-teamed to help me call and secure the reservation. Their professionalism, kindness, and proactive support made a lasting impression and truly elevated our experience. Thanks to them, we created memories in Taipei that we’ll treasure forever. Thank you, Ori and Gary—you made all the difference!

Nice and convenient location
We stayed at a number of hotels during our summer holidays in Taiwan, and this was our last hotel. Stayed in Taipei for two days before taking a flight out of Taoyuan. Very central location with the HSR, train station, and MRT a close walk to the hotel. I had booked an executive king room. When I arrived, they had given me an executive double twin room, it took the front service desk some time to sort this out. Also, my two special requests that I had emailed in advance: for a room next to the elevator and for a shower chair to be placed in the bathroom, were not met. I had to phone the front desk to ask them again. Convenient parking because hotel is attached to the shopping mall Q Square. Lots of food options nearby. I got charged $1,100 TWD in parking fees for my last day but a quick telephone call to the hotel sorted that out. Not giving 5 stars because of the blips at the beginning of my stay but the service from the executive lounge and the breakfast restaurant was excellent and made up for it.
