Great stay in Taipei
Great hotel, conveniently located next to the train station, friendly staff. Rooms are spacios and cosy. Cyndi is very helpful!

Good options for central Taipei
Hotel is high quality staff very attentive, small issue when we made our booking, but Cyndi in reception was able to resolve it for us. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of western options but a good selection of continental options as well as many asian dishes. Overall very happy with our stay.

Last month, my relatives came to Taiwan and stayed at the Palais de Chine Castle. They didn't know how to use the lighting in the room and even accidentally pressed the emergency call button. I'm very grateful to Mr. Liu for introducing the room and nearby attractions, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see him the next day to thank him in person.

1850 Europe vibe. Le salon so cool
All the staff they are very friendly. Le salon lady Sarah Chen’s service was amazing. The hotel is designed like old style Europe which is very interesting and feel really cool in the middle of a modern city of East Asia to Phil suddenly like back I’m in the 19th century of Europe.

From the moment we entered the reception til the moment we checked out we got treated like royalty. Very good service very nice room and I can’t really find anything to complain about. I will give this hotel my highest recommendation.
