Beautiful hotel in Taipei!
What a beautiful hotel! Had one night in Taipei and we couldn’t have found a better spot! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of tasty selections.

11/10, would come again!
The staff at the hotel were extremely professional and elegant! Every single staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Tony who helped us with our luggage storage. The breakfast experience is also 11/10 and had a huge selection of different cuisines and luxurious foods. Notably, our toilet was extremely comfortable, as it had a heated seat and made you not want to get up. The service is what really makes this hotel a true five stars. Bravo to the amazing housekeeping, cooking, and service teams!

Wonderful Experience
We loved this hotel. The location is perfect, right next door to the MRT, high speed trains and shopping malls. The room is well laid out with adequate hanging space for a nine day stay. Good charging points (either side of the bed) and fantastic shower and separate bath. Housekeeping was flexible and did a great job (we were on the 15th floor). Breakfast was one of the best buffets I have ever had - great western and asian options. It was disappointing that they did not have eggs Benedict or pancakes but there was plenty of other things to choose. We also had dinner at Le The and loved the lemon and rocket salad. The other dishes on offer were also very good, but the salad was a stand out. The Club provided a broad range of drinks and nibbles and was very worthwhile. The gym is outstanding and also has a horse riding machine which was fun and worked the abs and legs. Staff are consistently helpful and welcoming throughout all areas of the hotel. We will definitely be back.
