A miracle Hotel
The room condition and service of the hotel were excellent. All the staff were kind and fluent in English, which made it a comfortable trip. Especially on the last day, I lost my cell phone in the taxi, and fortunately, the front desk staff contacted the taxi driver and I received it before returning to Korea. I would like to say thank you very much to the staff Ken and all the 1st floor staff who worked on the morning of January 23rd. My day at the hotel became an unforgettable memory. Thank you so much!

Excellent Customer Service!
Palais de Chine Hotel had excellent customer service! The entire staff was nice, accommodating, and courteous. My interactions with the concierge team was especially memorable. Every concierge team member that I interacted with was extremely helpful and courteous. I specifically wanted to thank Ken T. and Mike H. who went the extra mile to assist me so activities went smoothly. They were detailed and thoughtful! I will be recommending this hotel because of them!

We loved our stay at the Palais de Chine, the rooms were amazing and spacious and the customer service was superb. Special shout-out to Jerry Pan who was ever so helpful. We’ll be sure to stay again.

Palais de Chine - Taipei
Wonderful service. Amazing breakfast buffet with Asian and western options. Great central location, very close to bus and train station. The only downside is the very dark interior (dark stained wood, yellow lighting from lamps). Lighting is kept very low throughout the hotel, including inside guest rooms. This may be an issue for those with poor vision or those wearing transition lenses.
