We had the most amazing stay at the W Tapei! We arrived to the hotel at 7am! Ariel was super nice at check in and we were pleasantly surprised our suites were ready! The location of the hotel is so convenient! In the heart of all the shopping and so close to MRT! Everything is right there. Our suites were always clean and water bottles replenished. The guys working in the lobby were always so friendly and helpful! Special shout out to Leo whom we met at the lobby and was also working at the concierge desk when I asked about taxi service to Jiufen! He was super helpful. Breakfast was ok. Some dishes were more cold than hot and service wasn’t the best but it’s not enough for me to take off one star. Overall, W met beyond our expectations and we can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at W Taipei! The location is amazing and you can easily walk to Taipei 101, a couple of different shopping malls, and tons of restaurants and bars. The Xinyi District comes alive at night, and it was fun just being part of the energy. Check-in was one of the best we've had at a larger hotel. The front desk team member (John?) was friendly, quick, and made sure we had everything we needed without dragging the process out - there's nothing worse than that after a long day of travel and just wanting to get to your room. Our room had an awesome view of Taipei 101, which was one of the key factors for choosing this hotel. It was well-designed and comfortable, though a bit tight on space for luggage, especially if you’re traveling with more than one suitcase or staying a while. Also, it's worth noting that not all “view” rooms have the same clear view of 101, depending on the room’s position in the hotel. We had a few meals and drinks at the hotel. The food was solid, and the atmosphere at WooBar was upbeat and trendy. The service at the F&B outlets was good, though not super memorable. Still, we had a great time and felt well taken care of. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend W Taipei to anyone visiting the city. It’s stylish, in a prime location, and has a fun vibe without feeling over the top.

This was the second time I have stayed at this property. The W Taipei has become my go to when I need a place to stay when I am in town. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast is amazing, the spa is refreshing the rooms and comfortable and the location couldn’t be any better.

Enjoyed exceptional hospitality at this well located and beautiful property. The arrival experience was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the attentive staff! The service at YEN restaurant was impeccable. Wayne, Luffy and Josh, you guys are the BEST!!! The service at Woobar, Chasel, you are the BEST too!!!
