We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The waterfront setting made for a relaxing experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Great location and sunset from the 11th floor bay view was spectacular! Walking to the beach was a breeze and there is a second pool.

rooms were clean but the 2 beds were a LOT smaller that a double bed. Two adults could barely fit and was very uncomfortable. VERY SMALL pools

After an incredibly difficult day traveling from Port Saint Lucie to Tampa to visit my mother, who had just undergone a delicate surgery at the hospital, we experienced an unexpected situation on the road with a damaged tire. Due to the heavy rain and how late it had become, we were forced to stay overnight in Tampa unexpectedly — without clothes, toiletries, phone chargers, or any personal essentials. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were fortunate enough to meet a true angel: Mr. Joey, one of the hotel managers. From the very beginning, he treated us with genuine empathy, professionalism, and kindness. After asking what had brought us to the hotel and hearing our story, he immediately stepped in to help. Mr. Joey personally made sure we had toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, lotion, shaving supplies, phone chargers, and many other essentials we desperately needed during such a stressful moment. As a realtor, I truly understand the importance of exceptional customer service and the lasting impact that genuine care can have on people. Mr. Joey is the perfect example of someone who goes above and beyond for guests. His compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help made an unforgettable difference for our family. Congratulations to the hotel leadership for having professionals like Mr. Joey on your team. He is a true reflection of excellence in hospitality and customer service.
