Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay

Disappointed by the plumbing issues that stemmed from plunging in a nearby room causing disgusting, foul water to come up into our sink. The stench filled the room. It took 2 attempts and 2 hrs to get someone to come to room and fix the issue, then it was almost time to check out. The smell lingered and we left without a shower. The view of the bay was lovely and the staff were friendly. The room was clean prior to the sink issues.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. The sunshine and beach were perfect, and the seaside restaurant Oystercatchers was the best I’ve ever tried. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

My wife and I attended a conference at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay and had a most enjoyable experience. The staff were very professional and welcoming throughout our conference. And the food was wonderful as was our room with a beautiful view of Tampa Bay.

This is a beautiful facility and convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool was very nice. I will be back to stay again.

We got put in a room with a leaking water on the ceiling, we had to move to another room and the room smell mildew, asked to spray and the smell came back in couple hours, the rooms at the property are not kept up and service also dropped compare to prior years. Even with those problem, Sherri, the room coordinator told her team we will not get any upgrade for the room- The only suite room we had is the room we used the upgrade award and that room also had the mildew smell. We will not come back
