Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay

This hotel is a must. Hyatt is a fantastic brand that consistently delivers. I’ve stayed at Hyatt properties around the world, from the U.S. to Asia, and the quality of service and guest care is always reliable. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and that has proven true time and time again. Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is a great option for both business and leisure. The amenities are excellent, and the bay facing rooms offer stunning sunset views. The location feels tucked away while still being easy to access, with quick routes to the highway and nearby restaurants. If you’re staying in Tampa and want great service, a convenient location, and beautiful views, I highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful hotel, check-in was a breeze, Oystercatcher restaurant was excellent with memorable views and top notch food and service, highly recommend a casita room away from the main buildings, just far enough to make you feel like you're at a separate tropical resort but close enough to enjoy the hotel amenities. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Main lobby is incredibly noisy afternoons/evenings so I was glad my room was away from the main building.

Excellent location, great staff from the doormen, valet, front desk, housekeeping, and the servers up on the 14th floor that were tending to the private event dining for 3 days everyone I came in contact with had a smile and i felt like I was at home!

It was our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to spoil us . Especially the 1823 restaurant! Our villa was beautiful , and loved being near the trail.

The hotel is next to the airport so you hear every plane as you were on the tarmac. Oh no, you are separated from the tarmac by a highway, so if there are no planes taking off, you hear the car. There is a tiny beach with a swimming pool but you can’t see the bay as there are bushes on the shore. I stayed in the bungalows called casitas - worn out, smelly (damp). I had group fitness training with coach Jillian Dzieciol and it was the brightest point of my stay with Grant Hyatt Tampa Bay. Great coach and very nice person. Gillian- you’ve made my day!
