The Grand Hyatt was amazing!
Beautiful accommodations for the Family Life Weekend to Remember. Valet staff was over the top with kindness !! Check in staff fast and efficient! Beautiful rooms, so clean and comfortable!!!! Hotel was immaculate! We truly had a wonderful time. The Grand Hyatt was phenomenal. Note: we were there with a group of 900 people and the elevators handled us super fast! no long wait times for an elevator!!

Mehhh..
Given what we paid, the experience felt overpriced for what was offered. The cost didn’t align with our expectations, so we won’t be returning. Overall, the pricing was excessive, and the value simply wasn’t there.

Oasis with a Hidden Gem
Thank God we stayed in the Casitas near the second pool and close to Oystercatchers which is a hidden gem of a restaurant in terms of staff and food quality/nutrient diversity. Really the Casitas are part of an oasis in the midst of vast nothingness that seems to be a FL trademark. Shoutout to Rick at the valet who helped me secure a bike to explore beyond the property. I biked to Clearwater and back! The hotel itself is a bit of a monolithic letdown with a gym under renovation and jackhammering today. Back in our Casita however all felt peace and calm. The coffee maker worked well, bed so comfortable, mini fridge helpful to chill wine and leftovers.

Couldn't ask for more
Attended a charity fundraiser with several friends. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accomodating. The room was immaculate and well taken care of (i.e., no broken or worn furniture/fixtures, etc.). The staff at the lobby bar was courteous and attentive. The banquet team also did a great job with the event. Overall a great experience!
