There is nothing wrong with this hotel. The service was good and the beds were clean. I am giving a three star rating because the walls in our room were laughably thin. Not only could we hear the folks next door as they came in for the night, but proceeded to follow their entire conversation well after they were in their room. They were not quiet while they talked, but the fact that we could hear the actual words was ridiculous. And, unfortunately, no amount of high end service from the staff can overcome issues with the building itself.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great food. Beautiful well maintained pool area. Plenty of options for relaxing. The gym was really nice and well equipped. We loved the views from our 9th floor room!

Had a fantastic experience. We help our international conference there. They were competitively priced; we are a nonprofit. The decor of of the rooms is very soothing and the hotel is beautiful. The staff was engaged, friendly and helpful without reservation! Their catered meat selections were moist. The Avocado Toast deserves a Michelin star.

Location is great, rooms not so much. Old, needs updated. Beds slightly larger than a twin, mold in bathroom, hot water doesn't regulate properly, prepare to get burned in shower with little water pressure.
