The property and rooms are beautiful - the people made it unforgettable. At each turn the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were so comfortable and quiet. The entire team including the Reception, Concierge, Spa, Beacon and people like Samantha and Mary at Driftlight Steakhouse made the long weekend unforgettable. When an issue surfaced with the shower multiple repairs were needed. A manager followed up to ensure it was fixed and when additional work was needed management went above and beyond given the minimal problem without going into details. Simple steps like what was done builds brand loyalty. People made the difference. The property is centrally located and walking distance to so many places. Overall a wonderful long weekend at the property

I am always impressed by the caliber of professionalism and excellent customer service that is delivered by Dave West and the rest of the concierge team including Junie Dionson and all the front desk attendants that assisted me with my stay. I travel to Tampa 3-4 times a year and every time I choose to stay at this property for their dedication, cleanliness, high standards and efficiency. This trip was particularly meaningful because I brought my child and another friend with us. This was their first visit to Tampa and they had an exceptional time. Dave and his team truly rolled out the red carpet for us and I could not have been more grateful for how special we were made to feel. It gave my child a great first experience and he can't wait to come back again! The staff at Driftlight, the rooftop bar, lobby bar should all be commended for the high quality of the F&B - this property gets better every time we visit! Thank you to the ladies and gentleman who work at this property. Your dedication and commitment to excellence is deeply appreciated and I look forward to visiting your property again soon!

5⭐️Star accommodations, ultimately ending up in beautiful, spacious, deluxe, corner room 1951 with sunlit entry foyer, Habbit-Forming 270° 5⭐️Star view through TWO walls of floor-to-ceiling windows [not all rooms feature]; with ultra-fast 5⭐️Star service from every department; I did not want to leave!

This hotel is excellent for several reasons; food, service, including guest room dining, housekeeping, valet parking and location. Actually it was the best in room dining food I have ever had with the exception of an elegant hotel stay on the other side of the Atlantic. If you are saving your dollars, then it is not a place to visit. I think I would rate it a 4.5 star hotel, and not a 5 star but for different reasons. If you are in a non mobility challenged room there are absolutely no knobs or handles to grab on to. In fact, in the bedroom and bathroom, only two knobs for two rooms. This is dangerous for everybody. I guess it is the interior design trend these days. Some of use may not need roll in showers, but do not a handle here and there. Actually we all do.

Great stay with amazing views on Amelia Arena. It's a pricey hotel and to be expected for a high end hotel. Great location right in downtown Tampa with easy access to the trolley (pulls up right across the street) and walking distance to so much to include Amelia Arena, Convention Center, all of Downtown Tampa, Channelside and more. Amazing staff. If valet is too expensive for you or not necessary, there is a paid lot right next door to save a few bucks. Would absolutely stay here again. Room was very modern and bed very comfortable.
