Why is it that when calling this resort no one is able to answer any questions and refuses to connect to a casino host? Been trying and get no information. Was planning to stay there before our cruise. Making other arrangements.

As a local who has been coming frequently since 2004, it is becoming frustrating, and not fun. I used to win a lot, or at least win enough to keep playing.
