Alex, the general manager was excellent. Staff was as well. Place was beautiful. The room was clean and housekeeping was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly, flexible and accommodating.

Alex the GM is incredibly helpful and his entire staff are more than accommodating. Every item or errand we needed - they were quick to offer to send someone on our behalf. Even took care of our ice cream craving !! The property is located almost perfectly on the mountain. You have two options for lift or Gondola just above the property ski in / ski out !! So fun !! Especially great for end of the day when you can store your skis with Black Tie Ski Rentals across from your room.

Element 52 was very well-appointed and in a great location. The room was really really nice, we had a view and wonderful kitchen. Getting on my skis was easy, and off I went! Yet we were in walking distance to everything in town that was fun. A rare combination!

A brilliant condominium hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Telluride for a vacation. The apartment was modern with all the necessary amenities. The staff across every area of the hotel were first class and very friendly.

This was our second time staying at Element 52 in Telluride and it was just as perfect as the first time. We travelled as a large family (with lots of requests) and the staff was flawless. They were helpful before we arrived to help us get dinner reservations booked, a family sleigh ride, ski school, ski equipment rentals, and so on. They were always happy to help and knew us by name. We loved the property and setting but the staff made our stay above and beyond!
