Great spot, close to everything. Clean, nice staff, very relaxing. The price is the only thing that stops me from going back more often.

Worst place to go I stayed here with my wife a couple of weeks ago and when arriving I walked in and the front desk agent was on her phone either watching a video or on some sort of social media because as soon as I walked in that's all I could hear. There was no greeting even though she was the only agent there she seemed very unwelcoming as well. During the check in process I acted as if everything was fine and let her do her work when in all reality it irritated me that I had to walk into the resort in that kind of environment where the agents have no care for their guests. She was very unwelcoming during the whole check in process. And once she finished I was able to ask for her name she said "Macy" and she continued to say she was the front desk supervisor. All I can say is maybe I would reconsider her position because she was very unprofessional as well as very rude. Another issue I had was with the restaurant. I feel the restaurant was very overpriced for food that isn't really that good. I got the burger it was overcooked and all of the condiments were not there. I was irritated and with how our stay had started I just chose to stay quiet. The room was okay very outdated and we had what they said was a partial view which was alright. On check out I didn't even bother going to the front desk because I didn't want to endure such a unwelcoming environment. In my opinion I would reconsider some of the positions you are giving to your employees and maybe make it so you don't spend an arm and a leg for food. I would personally not recommend this place as it is very unwelcoming and outdated and you pay a lot of money for what you get which is not worth it. I would recommend staying somewhere in temecula or even try another wine country hotel cause there are more than just south coast winery.

Right in the heart of wine country. A regular stop for the Grapeline tour. Rooms are lovely and pricing was fair.

Looking forward to visiting again with my friends and family! The facility was clean and enjoyable. Staff were helpful and professional!
