Always a first class experience at Omni. Conference rooms are excellent, the hotel amenities are always great and the staff always friendly.

Exceptional Experience in the Heart of Tempe

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

I recently stayed at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU for a conference, and it exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing—every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and seamless. This property offers a great combination of comfort, service, and atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again.

A Perfect Stay

What a perfect and enjoyable stay at the Omni Tempe. Everything from our check-in with Gavin through our rooftop dinner at Lucero, and everything in between, was exceptional!

Experience at Omni tempe hotel ASU

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The shower had no proper barrier, so water leaked everywhere and the entire bathroom floor got soaked. After that, I requested extra towels, but my request was ignored. On the last day during checkout, the elevators were extremely slow. I later found out that 2 out of the total elevators were under maintenance. Some guests were clearly in a rush and couldn’t even get downstairs in time, yet the front desk staff acted like it was no big deal, which was very frustrating. Parking was also inconvenient — self-parking was not available, only valet, and it cost $39 per night. It honestly felt like we were being forced to spend extra money. The only positive thing was the location — there are many places within walking distance, so getting breakfast was easy.

Disspointed and Sleep Deprived

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The Omni Tempe is a genuinely beautiful hotel. But the noise inside and outside the building was relentless. . University Avenue traffic poured through the windows all night, and the walls between rooms might as well have been suggestions. Sleep was a fantasy. The crowded hotel made everything a chore from taking the elevator (we were forced to take the stairs regularly), to picking up the car at the valet, to even going to the pool. But the real gut punch came at checkout with nearly $200 per day in taxes and fees tacked onto an already sky-high rate. For that price, you'd expect a retreat. What we got was a noisy and unpleasant weekend.
