Fantastic stay! Came on a girls trip the first week in Dec so it was a little before season really got going… it was very quiet time which we loved. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The concierge, Pam, is wonderful! She helped us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations and activities. The room was perfect with a full kitchen and stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend Caldera House and hope to come back.

Hotels like this are a rarity: outstanding friendly, professional, personal service (Rommy on the concierge team would easily be hired by any 5 star hotel in the world), superb suites that take care of every need from high end kitchen appliances to a washer dryer to carefully professionally decorate rooms. Breakfast is included and room service comes at no extra cost. And of course the beauty of and access to the magnificent Teton mountains is right there at the Caldera doorstep. Whether hiking, sightseeing or skiing, the major lifts and gondola are easily accessed. If you see my other reviews you know I don't go on and on like this but Caldera House is very special. My son and I stayed there for four wonderful days. Don't miss it!

Food good, atmosphere fine and staff did good job. Kitchen was challenged with order and half the order didn’t come out for another 35 minutes after the first dishes came. Would try again if we go back skiing again in Jackson Hole. Access to Teton Village a plus

Not only are the rooms perfect , from the Miele washer/ dryer to the kitchen , the crew at Caldera House matches the perfect rooms . Having skied in Austria , Switzerland and Colorado , this accommodation was the most cozy and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was the best in the whole village . We will come back and thank the team for going the extra mile .

I spent three nights at Caldera House in early September. It was a fantastic stay highlighted by the wonderful staff and amazing accommodations. From assisting in organizing trail runs and rock climbing, to arranging pick up at the airport, to ensuring all my personal needs were met, the Caldera House remains one of the premiere destinations in Jackson Hole. Highly recommend!
