Amazing time at Leela
Had an amazing time at Leela, food was divine. We had a club room and our bulter Sriram was brilliant. Everyone we met were friendly and looked after our needs from cleaning crew Viji and team, the cafe breakfast and afternoon tea team, bar staff, spa (Anjali & Vidha), yoga instructor,guards, buggy crew and everyone that passed us.

Amazing experience
The hotel is picturesque located right at the top of the hill at Kovallam you feel you are in paradise and seeing the sunset was the best experience and by far the best I have seen. The leela is unique to its self having stayed in Jaipur as well. It provided its own special experiences and you really felt like you were in a tranquil getaway space. Everyone was so nice and couldn’t do enough for us – from our chauffers/drivers, the management, all the staff at the restaurants we dined at – it was so welcoming and made us feel at home. The moment you stepped in you know were in luxury. We had the most delicious food from Breakfast through to dinner and had friendly conversations. The chef at the main restaurant went out of his way to cater to some requests we had with some very special meals but all his food was amazing. The special Wednesday night dinner at Tides was also a highlight – fresh seafood cooked in front of you on the beach was something so special. A special should out to Shaleena our butler who was so friendly and could not do enough for us – she was there every time I needed her. The head check (Saman – sorry I got that wrong for sure), our waitress Megha and all of the restaurant staff at the restaurants (sorry I can’t remember all the names), the house keeping crew, the porters/security teams, and Reshma from management - thank you everyone for making us feel so at home and for making our stay such an amazing experience. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Leela Kovllam. Thank you team for making our stay so memorable.
