Great experience
We had a wonderful stay at The Leela. The hotel is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious facilities, and excellent food. The spa experience in particular was exceptional and became one of the highlights of our trip. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely wants to help, which we appreciated, though at times it felt a bit overwhelming. There were a few moments where we didn’t feel fully supported — for example, we requested to meet with the astrologer multiple times, only to later discover they were not in town. Clearer communication would have made a big difference. We also weren’t notified about all the activities happening at the hotel, which made us feel like we missed out on some experiences. Additionally, the beach, while beautiful, isn’t as private as the promotions might lead you to believe. Overall, it was an amazing stay with just a few small areas for improvement. We still highly recommend the property and truly enjoyed our time here.

Lovely experience
I stayed at The Leela Kovalam in November 2025, and it was such a lovely experience. The location itself is beautiful The rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out for me was the amazing service from the wjhole team , Suraj from the team was exceptional — so polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Pleasant ayurvedic retreat at Leela
Incredible location with heavenly view of ocean and sunsets! Very refreshing due to shore cool breezes. Tasty meals options too! Rooms are good but can still be improved! Friendly and respectful staff. Had a good ayurvedic spa sessions. But I expected more in terms of providing the cultural experience. Overall pleasant experience !
