The Leela Kovalam, A Raviz Hotel

We visited Leela kovalam for our daughter’s birthday and we just LOVED it! Great ambience, superb facility and very cordial staff…everything was upto the mark…perfect! And the private beach access was so cool… Couldn’t believe such an amazing experience in our own country…. Especially with kids …where you require things at a different level…everything became smooth as the staff, the manager, the chief chef they all cooperated so well ! Thankyou for making our stay a memorable one 🩷 Would like to visit again!

Leela Kovalam was a memorable experience. From time of arrival,greetings at the airport, smooth transfer to resort,just awesome. Hospitality staff from front desk to dining area were warm polite and keen to help for any fanciful requirement. Entire staff at reception was welcoming Akansha attended to every request happily so did the rest of the staff. Dining area all wonderful people guiding and helping all through.Santish would offer suggestions for vegetarian variety available and recooking as well. However the interior of the room was disappointing. The rest chair too slippery, just one rest chair for two.! Balcony chairs would get soaked overnight and unusable during early morning. I expected better sitting facility and decor for the room. The roof with black smudges. The hospitality staff for room was excellent. They provided fire stick immediately upon request. Overall fantastic experience. Interior was dissapp iting Beach facoties top-class. Top of list to be there again.

We visited this awesome property in the third week of November and we were surprised that how come we missed visiting this property before. We were supposed to goto Goa and at last moment chose this Leela property since one of my relative suggested to visit Kerala instead. Later I thanked this relative for suggesting a superb property. Be it the view or hospitality or closeness to the ocean, everything felt surreal here at Leela Kovalam. We were greeted by Ms. Sheetal at the reception. She was our personal butler since we were staying at one of the club rooms in the hotel. I must appreciate the warm ness and hospitality provided by Ms. Sheetal throughout our stay. She is a goto person and was just a message away. The hotel needs to appreciate her efforts and such kind of hardworking people are rare in hotel business. She is kind and affectionate. She showed us around the hotel and even showed us the Kovalam palace rooms. Thank you Ms. Sheetal for your service and hospitality. The chef at the terrace restaurant Mr. Somnath is another jewel for the hotel. He made us comfortable and suggested lot of options for us as we are vegetarians and had our little girl accompanying us. He prepared lot of vegetarian options for us and made us try lot of sweets. Thank you Mr. Somnath for your kindness. I may not be able to name everyone but the staff was excellent here. Be it Ms. Reshma, Mr Romen, Mr Ricky, Mr Probin, Ms. Sanjana at the lobby or Mr Aji, the manager. The welcome staff at the lobby is also great. The room that we chose was a royal duplex suite and it was a right decision since we were four guests including a child. Room has good amenities and a beautiful view of the garden as well as ocean. The infinity swimming pool for club rooms is beautiful too. We made sure to swim everyday with our child. The view from the pool is magnificent. We used the spa and the service there was good too. Mr. Sandeep the chauffeur who drove us around temples in Trivandrum is a real gentleman. He is an exceptional driver and very humble. Thank you Mr Sandeep. You are a true Keralite and we were happy to meet you. Not to forget the library and the living room in the hotel are very pretty. The play area with table tennis is nice too. Overall a true Five star rated resort with fabulous service and view. Thank you Leela Kovalam, a Raviz property. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and family. Thank you.

Excellent atmosphere to Stay with family and friends...This is my second visit.The ambience and staffs from Leela especially in reception like Diya,Divya and Juno all are guiding to access the property... Expecting to visit on next leave.. Once again Thank u Leela for making the vacation remarkable one... 😀

Staff is very polite service is beautiful. Buffet menu has variety of choices. Beach view is very scenic and the property ambience is cherry on the top. Rooms are clean. Location from beach airport light house is perfect.
