The best place in kovallam..food,service,hospitality,ambience everything is 5 star in this Leela resort..restaurant manager mr Navneet was worth mentioning because of his superb hospitality and behaviour and also ramesh Tiwari, raj,shiv were really good in their service…also housekeeping department was very professional in their work specially Sunita…and in the front desk mrs Hema,shaileena and Aakansha were really helpful…
