Beautiful hotel with amazing room, beautifully appointed rooms. Great views. Front desk staff communicated clearly in English. Fantastic breakfast (food was great, staff came across as ambivalent though, and after being seated, no one spoke to me again all three mornings) Request for extra water not fulfilled (could have been language barrier _ Housekeeping left a not in Chinese in response to my note in English – no idea what it said. Following day left me a mousepad…Still not sure if that is a standard parting gift / thank you, etc. If I am ever in Tianjin again, I would absolutely stay here again.

Got an upgrade to a Suite. The Ritz Carlton Tianjin is a pinnacle of luxury and refinement. From the opulent lobby to the impeccably designed rooms, every detail exudes elegance. The staff are attentive and accommodating, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Dining options are superb, offering a culinary journey of exquisite flavors. The spa is a haven of relaxation, completing a truly indulgent experience. Highly recommended for discerning travelers.

The hotel is fantastic, the room was immaculate, with ample space and a consistently warm atmosphere. The lobby is exceptionally charming, with great artwork. The service is exceptional, English is spoken all around the hotel. The front desk checked me in quickly, everyone at the hotel has a great service mentality and it is one of the best Hotels that I have stayed in my life. Breakfast was super good, with a lot of variety. Net if you are in Tianjin this hotel is amazing and absolutely the place to stay.

Stayed 5 nights. Clean, Spacious & ever so warm. Very pretty lobby, resulting lots of photo takers daily. Service is top notch, right up there with the best in the world, proudly flying the Ritz flag high. From the check in front desk, to the conceirge, to the doormen, breakfast staff & the very nice Chinese Restaurant which i ate twice in 2 nights, all of them are well trained, & eager to please. Service at its epitome, & thank you everyone. Location is great, in quiet part of downtown easily accessible to most places. This will be my home in Tianjin whenever i visit.

The room and decoration are elegant. Really like the deck and style. The 3 mile shuttle service and the driver super helpful. Will be back!
