One of the best hotels we have stayed in. I debated about switching to a less expensive hotel, but so glad I didn't. The level of service was exceptional! The room itself was very large compared to most Japan hotel rooms, with an amazing bathroom that included a wet room and lots of counter space. They even provided a curling/flat iron along with all of the many toiletries. We got lucky in that our room had a view of Tokyo Tower, Shibuya Scramble and Miyashita Park. We had a magical stay, and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

I was beyond impressed with the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. Tokyo is generally know for very cramped hotel rooms with simple materials. Cerulean Tower really maximizes the rate we paid to stay there on spacious rooms, breath-taking views, luxurious materials, and lavish amenities. The daily breakfast was delicious and the service was over the top. The hotels location is central to everything a tourist wants to see but being on the other side of the highways allows for it to feel secluded from the hustle of Shibuya Scramble. The 7Eleven right in the building was also an incredible benefit we were not expecting to use almost daily. Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain about here. Check-in was painless, amazing views from the room, everything exactly as I’d hoped from seeing it online. Great location too. On the downside the room service food was a bit lacklustre, but then again why are you ordering room service in Tokyo when a few steps outside is a 24 hour world of deliciousness?

The hotel is in an excellent location for Shibuya Station, and served as a base for getting around the city and taking day trips to other parts of Japan. Having stayed in 2 different room types(club deluxe and superior double), I would recommend spending the extra and going for a club deluxe room on the higher floors. The club deluxe was bigger, cleaner and the facilities in the room all of a higher quality. That being said, the rooms are a bit dated. The breakfast was very good. This is a good hotel for location purposes.

Perfect stay in Tokyo. Rooms were a good size (for Tokyo), staff were exceptionally helpful and the facilities were of a high standard. The location is great, and slightly out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. Use the overhead crossing to cut your walking distances significantly.
