Conrad Tokyo

As a family coming to celebrate our son’s birthday, we have had one of the genuinely most memorable and fortunate and formidable times. The incredible and unique nature of Toyko extends far into the Conrad. Every single staff member has been so kind and attentive but I must say a super special thank you to Fumie, guest relations manager. She has gone above and beyond for us, what a beautiful human inside and out. Immaculate luxurious bedrooms, delicious food. We can’t wait to come back !! There are some experiences you forget; this isn’t one of them!

We stayed at the Conrad recently for our family trip. We were supposed to have 2 separate rooms but they were so accommodating and gave us connected rooms. This is an excellent hotel and I have to be very picky to think of the con list :)) Pros: - superior amenities (super soft towel, quiet room, nice bed, daily pajamas, large room) - excellent service - great breakfast - love the little teddy bears, rubber ducks and cute utensils for kids. Those little things make my kids so happy. Cons: - there’s a waitress name a”Ishu” ( I think) who serves us during breakfast, she had super bad attitude and not sure why. She was the only person who wasn’t proving excellent service to us during our stay; unfortunately every time we have her as our sever, we feel like she doesn’t meet the hotel requirement of service quality. One day she didn’t let my husband order the food on the menu and she couldn’t explain why. The following day, she served all 3 tables who came after us first and brought our cappuccinos when we almost finished our meal. I had to walk up to her and remind her. She even gave dirty look to the other waiter who was eagerly helping us to find the kid chair for our daughter. Maybe she shouldn’t be working at the hotel if she’s so unhappy. Everyone else is super nice to us so I didn’t take away any star from the hotel. - shampoo, conditioner and soap are placed so high up. Our 6 years old is on the short side and couldn’t reach up to take a shower by himself. It’s a hassle for us to get the shampoo and give it to him in the shower. We would still stay at the hotel again if we come Back to Tokyo.

We finished our trip to Japan with two nights at the Conrad Tokyo. Talk about going out on top! The views from all of the hotel's common areas, at the top of a building in Shiodome, were absolutely gorgeous, with soaring double-height ceilings and stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. They treated us like absolute rock stars. Although we stayed primarily at other Hiltons during our Japan trip and noted on each reservation that we were in Japan celebrating my son's graduation, only the Conrad acknowledged the reason for our trip, both upgrading us to a suite before we arrived and sending my son a congratulatory cake and card upon check-in! Thank you to everyone at the Conrad for making the end of our trip so special!

This was an excellent stay. The services was great from start to finish. The room was very clean and the view was great. The breakfast options were plentiful. The hotel isn’t located in an area that’s easily walkable but train station is within feet of the hotel. I would stay there again.

Had 2 excellent short stays here in May and June ( stayed in both a city view and a bayview suite) at the start and end of my 6 weeks in Japan .Rooms were excellent and well appointed, quiet with good a/c with great turndown service. All the staff including Monica ( apologies if i have misspelt it) and the executive lounge staff ( many of whom remembered me from previous visits ) were great. When checking in they were able to arrange a continental breakfast box at 5am as I had to leave early for Haneda. This was greatly appreciated and tided me over until I got to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and hotel location was very good.I had lunch at Kazahana twice and the sushi chefs and staff were excellent and food was delicious. Loved my stays here.
