Conrad Tokyo

Our stay at the Conrad Tokyo was fantastic. The Bay View Room room was modern, beautiful, and spotless with a view of Tokyo Bay & the beautiful Green Hamarikyu Gardens. The staff were absolutely polite and helpful. Breakfast service was a delight. Very attentive and great variety of tradition western items and Japanese fare to start every morning of our stay. The location is good — we are right above the Odedo Line which is convenient for exploring and connecting to different parts of Tokyo. We were traveling for my birthday. Mieko at the Concierge desk was able to set us up at a fantastic Teppanyaki restaurant which was incredible and unforgettable! The hotel even sent a small delicious chocolate cake with a candle to my room! She was helpful and knowledgeable about best ways to get around Tokyo and how we should get to Kyoto (2nd leg of trip) Well worth the price for the stay.

This is the 3rd consecutive years and we completed our 15th nights stay here in Conrad Tokyo. The reason why we keep going back is the vivid hospitality provided by their team. Some are very professional and some are very friendly that we have made friends. They try very hard to remember guests face and profile in order to greet you by names and talking to you w personal touch instead of general conversation. The hotel was built 20 years ago yet it was maintained in good condition that looks like 5 years old only. We have very high interest to try new hotels in Tokyo but ended up choosing Conrad Tokyo as it is now our home away from home. 這是我們連續三年住宿東京康萊德，並且完成15晚。令我們一直回訪的原因是因為酒店的團隊一直讓我們感受到回家的溫暖。

Hilton Diamond member. First visit to this Conrad. Fantastic property, professional and courteous staff. Convenient to subway. Rooms are modern, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

I stayed at the Conrad Hotel again this year because I had a pleasant experience last year. This stay was just as comfortable, with no inconveniences, and I especially appreciated the excellent turndown service. The staff were generally friendly, and I was particularly impressed by the team on the ground floor, including Mr. Morimoto. They always welcomed me with a warm smile and provided assistance in many ways. The staff on the ground floor were the friendliest and most welcoming I've encountered since those I met at the Park Hyatt Tokyo. We had a really wonderful experience at the Conrad Tokyo. From the moment we arrived, Tess gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home, even greeting my toddler with kindness and patience. Breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding — delicious food with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, always ready to get us a taxi or provide clear directions to wherever we needed to go. Our room service experience was equally great, offering plenty of choices and prompt delivery. The only downside was that the pool is restricted to children aged 4 and older. Since we visited in July, when Tokyo is quite hot, my toddler was a little disappointed we couldn’t take advantage of it. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would happily return.
