Conrad Tokyo

Hilton Diamond member. First visit to this Conrad. Fantastic property, professional and courteous staff. Convenient to subway. Rooms are modern, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

I stayed at the Conrad Hotel again this year because I had a pleasant experience last year. This stay was just as comfortable, with no inconveniences, and I especially appreciated the excellent turndown service. The staff were generally friendly, and I was particularly impressed by the team on the ground floor, including Mr. Morimoto. They always welcomed me with a warm smile and provided assistance in many ways. The staff on the ground floor were the friendliest and most welcoming I've encountered since those I met at the Park Hyatt Tokyo. We had a really wonderful experience at the Conrad Tokyo. From the moment we arrived, Tess gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home, even greeting my toddler with kindness and patience. Breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding — delicious food with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, always ready to get us a taxi or provide clear directions to wherever we needed to go. Our room service experience was equally great, offering plenty of choices and prompt delivery. The only downside was that the pool is restricted to children aged 4 and older. Since we visited in July, when Tokyo is quite hot, my toddler was a little disappointed we couldn’t take advantage of it. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would happily return.

The service here is just so meticulous and super friendly. The club house on the top floor is just supreme! The food selection, drinks and of course service. The room itself just really nice. Sleep so well

I booked the Conrad Tokyo expecting a high-end experience but the stay was disappointing from start to finish. The room was dark and dated, lacking the elegance and atmosphere you would expect from a true five star property. The TV offered only local channels with no smart features or streaming which made it feel behind the times. The bathroom felt old as well. The toilet was supposed to be automatic but none of the features worked, forcing us to operate everything manually. The service was even more of a letdown. At breakfast, when we were simply looking over the menu, the staff abruptly jumped out and assumed we were trying to enter the restaurant without a host. Their tone was unnecessarily rude and condescending. It was an odd and cold interaction that left a bad impression. The food was average yet priced like fine dining and the hotel’s location made getting around Tokyo inconvenient compared to other options. Overall the experience felt overpriced and out of touch with modern luxury standards. It is easy to see why this property is now on the cheaper end of the so-called luxury category. If you want a genuine five star stay in Tokyo either raise your budget or choose one of the many more modern and welcoming hotels the city has to offer.
