Conrad Tokyo

We joined family here for a wedding ceremony and reception. It was extremely well run , the staff were fantastic, on top of every situation and very friendly in the process. The food at the reception was very well presented and all scrumptious especially the steak that melted in the mouth. Loved the beautifully decorated Christmas Tree.

Went to Tokyo for my birthday and was happily upgraded to a bay view room. Came into my hotel room with a Happy Birthday cake which was a great surprise. Never had a hotel do that for me. Overall the room was amazing and spacious. Staff was always so polite and willing to help with anything. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. I will definitely stay here when I come back.

Second time for our family (myself, wife, and infant) in Japan and we have included a stay at the Conrad Tokyo both times because of how much we enjoyed it the first time around. Overall fabulous location walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji, and in close proximity to the train station to get everywhere else in Tokyo. The gym and pool are fantastic and have everything you need. The breakfast has a good selection but pretty typical spread/menu from other hotels we’ve stayed at. As Hilton Diamond member breakfast is included, as well as access to executive lounge and cocktail hour, although we did not use this much due to having infant with us. Staff of course are all welcoming and attentive. Overall wonderful stay replicated once again this second time around.

From the moment we arrived at Conrad Tokyo with my wife, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of refined hospitality and impeccable service. Although I regret not recalling each individual's name, every team member, from the concierge to the guest relations and duty managers, embodied a level of professionalism and grace that speaks volumes about the hotel's leadership. The dining experience at the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant was a highlight: exquisite flavours, masterful preparation in front of you, and attentive service in a serene setting. The spa offered a haven of tranquillity, while the breakfast was a perfect blend of quality, variety, and thoughtful presentation. Every detail of the stay reflected a deep commitment to excellence: the pristine cleanliness, the seamless maintenance, the elegant ambience of the bar enhanced by carefully curated music, and the consistently polished demeanour of the staff. The training and standards here are of the highest calibre. Above all, there is a sense of harmony and pride that runs through the entire property, a testament to the General Manager’s steady and inspired leadership. This is a hotel where everything works in concert, and where guests are made to feel not just welcomed, but genuinely valued. Can't wait to stay there again

I spent ten nights at the Conrad Tokyo with my wife and son during our 30th Anniversary trip (ten nights in Tokyo, then five in Osaka/Kyoto). I booked on points — excellent value. From the start, the service made this hotel feel truly special. Almost everyone we interacted with spoke excellent English (I’d say ~95%), which really eased my nerves about the language barrier. The location was great — very metro-friendly and worked perfectly as our base for all our Tokyo day trips. I’m Diamond status and was upgraded to a suite for our anniversary. We were checked in via the Executive Lounge until our room was ready — and this is where we first met Peter from Guest Relations. He was energetic, charming, and incredibly helpful. He is honestly one of the main reasons we would return to this Conrad. Our upgraded suite was spacious and very comfortable. I loved the Mojave Ghost amenities, and the heated bathroom floors were a treat. They provided a complimentary rollaway for my son — a big savings. Beds were a bit firmer than we’re used to, but that seems common in Japan. We never saw housekeeping, yet the room was always spotless — like magic. They also surprised us with an anniversary cake, and Peter sent a personal note that I kept as a memento. The Executive Lounge was excellent — Peter makes a great highball. We enjoyed stopping in daily for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was very good as well — Arielle Yates greeted us every morning by name, and she made breakfast something to look forward to. The concierge also helped with directions and several dinner reservations, which we appreciated since we don’t speak Japanese. We have Korea and Italy trips already planned — but we are seriously talking about planning a return just to see Peter instead. That’s how special this stay was.
