Conrad Tokyo is probably my favorite hotel of all time. Everyone we interacted with treated us very well. With Diamond status we received a room upgrade, which was very kind. We received free breakfast and the breakfast at Cerise is very good quality, especially for a hotel breakfast. Housekeeping makes multiple stops in each day to make sure you have everything you need. Room service was fast. Also, every time I pressed the button for “star service” I felt I was really cared for. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, which by the way is only available clothes-free. Also enjoyed the pool, and the executive lounge. Location is great, nearby two stations. Views from the room and every restaurant in the place were amazing. We have stayed in a good amount of five star hotels, but this one is my favorite. Hilton really does a very good job of hiring and training. The people are the best! Brand loyal over here!

What a wonderful experience. The staff at the Conrad was exceptional, beginning with the check-in experience. Emily was so thoughtful and helpful. She got our vacation off to a great start. We had breakfast and supper both days, the wait staff was superb. Ai and Shunsuke were especially helpful. We will be back!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at the Conrad again. This is our family’s third time staying here and the service has always been great and this trip was no exception to that. We were celebrating my birthday and my daughter’s birthday while we were there. Peter from the guest relations team was amazing and added some special touches for us that made our trip even more special! The front of the house team was amazing and is still amazing. The staff members remembered us from our previous trips. Our family will definitely be back in the future and we are eagerly awaiting our next trip in the future. The location of the hotel (if it’s your first time in Tokyo) may seem out of the way, but it’s extremely close to a metro station that you can easily access. Our family actually loves the location because it’s close enough to get to metro stops but it’s not in the extremely crowded areas that it’s hard to walk around. It’s very close walk to ginza for eating and shopping as well (make sure you take the above ground walkways to shorten your walk).

The Conrad is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. It is expensive but the views and spaces are worth paying more for. Our only disappointment was the dinner food and drink options within the hotel. The options ranged from high to ridiculous and even the supposedly casual cafe/ restaurant was well overpriced without the quality to back it up. My vegetarian Ramen was bland and ordinary. I added salt and asked for chilli oil to make it just ok. The real disappointment was the wine prices. There were no options for a casual wine. Even the least expensive was exorbitantly priced. Such a shame in an otherwise lovely hotel.
