Visited Driftwood & Grill for cocktails. Very nice drinks and a warm welcome from Nojo-san and Mako-san. Really appreciated the service. Will definitely come back again.

Impressive new luxury hotel, impeccable friendly service, amazing dining experience at Driftwood, stunning bay views, beautiful and thoughtful touches to make for a wonderful experience to end our holiday in Japan. The best part was the staff and I cant speak more highly of how welcoming and amazing they all were. We will return soon

Fairmont Tokyo I initially booked this hotel as a contingency after much flight disruption and uncertainty about our movements. It was one of the best things I have done. We were on a 'Bucket List' trip to Asia, ending in Tokyo as my wife has stage 4 cancer, so travelling is becoming difficult. The way we were looked after was truly exceptional, from friendliness and professionalism from Jane and Kyuu at front desk, to the hospitality of Jiuge in the Gold Lounge....who all made my wife (and therefore me) feel so special. Shirley has not stopped talking about it yet ! There are many others to thank in this team who I didn't get the names of: The concierge team, who miraculously tracked down my lost phone in a taxi somewhere in Tokyo and had it delivered back to me.....You saved all my photo memories that I thought I had lost forever! The team in Driftwood Bar & Grill, particularly Girlie. We dined with friends we met on our cruise who had been staying at the Manderin, and their feedback was that the Fairmont was far superior in every way. They even came to stay on our first night as their flight was cancelled I really can't thank everyone enough for making our stay so special If we were ever able to come back to Tokyo......there is no-where else to stay Highly Recommend Many thanks Simon

I spent five nights at the Fairmont Tokyo and came away very impressed. The product is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a strong sense of arrival and overall positioning in the luxury segment. Rooms are well laid out—comfortable, functional, and spacious relative to the market. Where the hotel really stands out is execution. Service is polished, engaged, and consistent across the board. The team is present, attentive, and clearly well-led. F&B and overall ambiance are well aligned with the brand, striking the right balance between energy and refinement. After five nights, it’s clear this is a serious player in Tokyo’s luxury space. Well done, and I look forward to returning.

Best service I have ever had at any hotel. We have stayed at a lot of Fairmonts, both gold floor and regular and we are staying on gold level here. They are so attentive and try to accommodate everything possible. The views are amazing from every area. Rooms gorgeous. I would highly recommend this hotel.
