Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi

Words cannot describe how incredible this hotel and their staff is. Tux, Kei and all the staff members made our trip to Tokyo one of the best vacations I have ever been on. 10 stars if that were an option. The attention to details is truly beyond words. Amazing, incredible, warm, welcoming and beautiful. And the added bonus. The food is delicious! The rooms and public areas are impeccable. Cannot say enough great things about my stay at The Four Seasons Otemachi. A must if you can!!!!

Rooms feel very new and modern. Stunning views of the imperial palace below and Tokyo city all around, particularly at night with all their lights on. Bathroom design is beautiful and stylish. Pool also has a great view of the city and huge loungers for couples to relax together. The mist chairs area is so nice after a hot day or the steam room. Concierge easy to reach via WhatsApp and was really helpful.

The welcome at this hotel is fantastic. The checkin was swift but not rushed. We had an uograde which we were grateful for. The rooms are very well appointed. The bath where you can soak and appreciate the view is great. Breakfast was extensive as you would expect from a Four Seasons. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return.

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi in July for four nights, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel's location is ideal centrally positioned near the Imperial Palace with easy access to subways, taxis, and all that central Tokyo has to offer. The property itself is stunning, with a grand lobby on the 39th floor that immediately sets the tone for a luxurious experience. The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. We’d like to express our sincere thanks to the incredible team who made our stay so memorable, especially Waka Toki, Ryota Mori, Alesha Naganuma, and Ha Le, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who were phenomenal both before and during our stay. They seamlessly arranged restaurant reservations, coordinated airport transportation, and surprised us with thoughtful in-room touches including a beautiful floral arrangement, Pikachu toys for our children, and champagne and chocolates, an incredibly personal and appreciated gesture. Our suite on the 35th floor was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views over the Tokyo skyline. The bathroom and shower were exceptional, the beds were supremely comfortable, and both the in-room dining and on-site restaurants exceeded expectations. The fitness center, located on the 39th floor, was another highlight. With state-of-the-art equipment and sweeping panoramic views of Tokyo, it was a peaceful and invigorating place to work out—especially in the early morning hours around 5–6am when it was particularly quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would enthusiastically return on a future visit to Tokyo.
