Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi

One of my favorite hotel experiences worldwide. Stunning views, stunning interior, great location, flawless housekeeping, tasty breakfast, best Pizza in Tokyo!

Had an all around great visit to the hotel. Was there for 5 days. Had two connecting rooms. One a king for my wife and me and the other a double for our teenage kids. The rooms and most importantly the bed were excellent. The bathroom was very good. However, the shower, in my opinion, was one of the best I have ever used. Room was very well appointed. Ate in the hotel for breakfast and it was really great. Lots of choices. Options changed regularly. Food quality excellent. If you can’t find some thing to eat, it’s not the hotels fault. Had a lovely dinner in the hotel one night as well. Beautiful views. Apps and entrees were all good. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay there when we go back to Tokyo.

I loved my recent stay at the Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi. I was welcomed to the hotel with great kindness, and the same kindness and care characterised my whole stay. Everyone I met went above and beyond in making everything as good as it could possibly be: the reception team, the housekeeping team, the swimming pool team, the concierges - all were truly wonderful. As the hotel is high up on the thirty-fourth to the thirty-ninth floors of its building, the views over Tokyo are extraordinary. I especially like the views of the city at night: to fall asleep in a beautiful room with the lights of Tokyo twinkling to the far horizon is very special. Some might worry that, being in the financial district, the Four Seasons might lack heart and soul. I didn't find this at all, and I loved being right next to the Imperial Palace Gardens - a place of peace and beauty. Every district of Tokyo has its own special character, and it's super-easy to reach all parts of the city from Otemachi. Thank you to everyone at the wonderful Four Seasons for helping to make my last three days in Japan so good.

We are a family with 3 kids booking only one night in Tokyo. Our first hotel impression before check in was wow. We checked in at 2:50 at the check in time we did not feel welcomed and the stuff were busy all the time. We filled all the required paper. We wait until 3:00pm and they did not give us the the room key. They told us there is no available rooms and we have to wait at least 20 minutes. and this was absolutely not acceptable for a high brand hotel. we wait in the reception until 3:30pm finally they offer a not ready room and not cleaned well. And the toilet smell stinky. Note: only one stuff make us feel welcome at the hotel YUHEI whos working in the Italian restaurant. Overall I advise you if you want to stay at fs. The best choice is fs Marounochi.

Four Seasons Tokyo was the first hotel I stayed at in Japan. The room was quiet and very comfortable, with a beautiful night view. Staff were polite and helpful, making everything easy for a first-time visitor. I especially enjoyed the breakfast?it was fresh, well-presented, and relaxing. The whole stay felt calm and well-organized. I'd gladly stay again on a future trip.
