Best hotel in Tokyo. The champion!

We stayed here for 3 days. If you can find a better hotel in all of Japan I would be stunned. Great rooms, great service, great experience. Everything was perfecto!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone with zero reservation. We loved it!!

Beautiful Hotel, but disappointing

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The decoration and views are amazing. Problematic concierge service, and overal service and attention was not matching the four seasons standard we are used to. Possible due to Golden week, but the prices are high (if not higher), so it should not affect the service and our experience.

April At Otemachi

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

My wife and i stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on our Baby-moon trip. It is one of the highlight of our trip to Japan this time. The hotel ground and services were amazing. Especially Mr.Kittipop (Tux), who ensure the best experiences for his guests. Most of the staffs were very profession. The house keeping team makes sure you get everything you need within minutes. The room was very clean and spacious. We stayed at the deluxe garden view oversees the imperial palace. The hotel also has free drop-off service, which was amazing, with the 7 series BMW for hotel guests to use (within certain kilometers from the hotel). Although sometime i saw the car was available, but the doorman said it was booked which was a bummer. Apart from that, the overall experience was 10 out of 10. We would love to stay there again.

A memorable wedding anniversary

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Couldn't be happier that we chose FS Otemachi for our 5th wedding anniversary. We had such a pleasant stay that we cannot wait to be back already. Service: Our trip would never be the same without Toki from guest services, Toki helped us tremendously in organising our trip in Tokyo and recommended us a wide range of restaurants that were truly worth trying. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. He demonstrated the importance of having an excellent concierge in Japan cuz there were too many great options around and some of the places were only known by the locals. Whenever we have a question for him he always has an answer for it, hence we called him the tokyo dictionary. Again, thank you Toki for the pleasant surprises during our stay. Thank you guest services for the very prompt and helpful response before our arrival, all our matters were taken very seriously. Special thanks to Tiffany, Haruka , Rie(reservation) for making our trip whole. Also, thank you Marco for the warmest welcome upon our arrival, the check-in process was very smooth and professional, our room was ready way earlier than we expected. Marco also told us there will be a new FS hotel in Osaka which we cannot wait to try out. All the bell staff were very hard working, we always saw them running to catch taxis for the guests and whenever we came back on a cab they'd always double check for us to see if we left any belongings behind. It was truly impressive and very professional. Special thanks to Tatsu who always greeted us with a smile every morning during our stay. Lastly, operator Akiko was very polite, patient and thoughtful, thanks to her we managed to always get what we needed during our stay. Room: The room was very spacious and comfortable. I'm highly allergic to dust hence before arrival I asked the team to make sure the room was extra clean and it was spotless when we arrived. I've also noticed that the duvet was hypoallergenic which shows the housekeeping team really took my request seriously. The bed was very comfortable with many different pillow options. Also, the room was pitch black when the shade was down and we both slept comfortably through the night. However, the room service was quite inconsistent, sometimes my cosmetic bottles were neatly arranged and sometimes they weren't. Also, the electric cords weren't being tied every day which I found kind of weird. Lastly, on one particular morning around 8am our doorbell rang 3 times and knocked numerous times while we were still asleep, it was our fault that we didn't turn on the do not disturb light but we'd appreciate it if the housekeeper didn't ring the bell or knock so many times so our sleep wouldn't be disturbed. Overall all the housekeepers that we met were very polite and helpful. We'd like to thank Panthi as he was very smiley all the time and always asked if we needed anything else. Food: We've tried Est, Pigneto(breakfast) and Virtue during our stay and I must say all of the restaurants were absolutely stunning with an incredible view. Est is their french dining restaurant with one Michelin star. Food was great and thank you Maxim for the superb service. Everyone was so kind and kept asking us if we needed a picture together. The decor was so beautiful and very instagrammable. Pigneto overlooks the imperial palace and is very spacious. We had breakfast there and we really enjoyed it, it was very relaxing. Thank you Eric and Ayaka for the very heart warming service. Virtue is a must go in our opinion, thank you Christopher for recommending us the most delicious mocktail and cocktails they were really worth trying.

Excellent in almost every way

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We stayed at this wonderful Hotel for a few nights in April. What wows are the decor, the atmosphere and the views from the guest area and (our imperial garden) rooms. Service was very attentive with particular credit to the bar staff and their innovative cocktails. Food and the afternoon tea were both very good. Excellent leisure facilities and a nice spa complete the package. Watch outs would be that you need to be precise on your breakfast order if you don’t want runny omelettes and the booking of add ons can be somewhat inflexible but perhaps that is Japan.
