Fantastic stay in grand Hyatt Tokyo
Everything was excellent. The staff is 100% customer oriented. We had an issue with a suitcase that we bought the previous day and Mr. Fumiya Nihei was outstanding in helping us. Great experience!!!

Nice hotel , good location
Nice hotel with great service. They do a good job rewarding Globalists. The long leave a bit to be desired for breakfast as not much Western options. The daily appetizers are nice. If you ask at the French Kitchen they will allow you to do breakfast there instead of the lounge. Great breakfast there. We use a Suite upgrade award and got a confirmed upgrade to the Millennium suite. I’m surprised that a hotel of this caliber only provided twin beds not doubles or queen beds. I know twins are standard outside North America but disappointing that one of the big American chains don’t uphold American standards either double or Queen bed minimums.

Fabulous stay at The Grand Hyatt
Fabulous staff and hotel! You will not be disappointed. The staff is very accommodating and kind. The hotel is located in a great area and easy to use the public transport available nearby at the train stations.

Great place to stay in Tokyo.
The hotel is connected to a mall and is a short walk to multiple subway stations. We stayed at a club room, which only added to the wonderful experience we had at the Hyatt. The lounge provided a buffet breakfast which had both western and traditional Japanese options. It opened at 7a which allowed you to start your day early (many places don’t open until 10-ish). We utilized the lounge in the evening a couple of times and that was also nice.
