My last stay in Tokyo was at Grand Hyatt. The location was very convenient, about 5-minute walk from the Roppongi Station. The room was a bit old, good for business not so for pleasure. I got a welcome gift of chocolate. I ordered room service after my concert in Saitama and that was perfect. The options of the breakfast buffet were a little limited. We went to the Kaiseki restaurant Shunbou for lunch. It was truly the highlight of our stay. Everyone was very friendly. The whole process of this dining felt like a spiritual journey.

We spent most of our time in the lounge, where the team made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her warm welcome, thoughtful recommendations, and personal touches truly set the tone for our entire experience. The property itself is beautiful, but it’s the people who made our stay unforgettable. We left feeling cared for and impressed, and we’re already looking forward to returning. With over two decades of experience visiting The Grand Hyatt Tokyo, I have consistently observed its commitment to exceptional service and performance across all aspects. The concierge team is highly knowledgeable and responsive, addressing inquiries efficiently. The Grand Club on the 10th floor stands out, particularly during evening hors d’oeuvres and cocktail hour, offering excellent value. For breakfast, The French Kitchen is recommended, with its French toast being a particular highlight. The hotel’s direct access to Roppongi Hills Galleria and Movie Theatre, as well as convenient connections to four subway lines, further enhance guest convenience. As a frequent visitor to Tokyo, I strongly recommend this hotel for an outstanding stay.

We are an Italian family and we spent a vacation in Japan in August. Unfortunately, I suffered an injury in Hakone, a compound fracture of the tibia and fibula. When we moved to Tokyo, we found a room at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, and that was our luck! The day before, we contacted the travel agency and the insurance company, but they left us alone. We were desperate; we didn't know what to do; the hospitals weren't receiving visitors for the holiday. My husband asked for information at the reception desk of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo where the director,took our situation to heart with sensitivity and great professionalism, and resolved it in a matter of minutes. He called the ambulance, explained in Japanese to the nurses the entire story, and made sure they took me to the right hospital. I was taken to a hospital specialised in this type of fracture, underwent successful surgery, and was hospitalized for eight days. During our entire stay, my family received the maximum support possible; all the staff were commendable and very kind. Unique. the director and all the staff transformed a difficult time for the whole family into a pleasant experience.
