Experience moments of more at a dynamic lifestyle destination hotel in the heart of Roppongi, Tokyo – a lively international district. With its central location directly connected to Roppongi Hills which houses 200 shops and restaurants, a cinema, an art museum and an observatory, Grand Hyatt Tokyo is the perfect base from which to comfortably explore and discover the city.

Service is lovely, but for the money, there are far better hotels In Tokyo. The Grand Hyatt feels like a mid-level American big chain hotel with smallish unattractive rooms. Stay with a high end Japanese brand and don't waste your money on a box hotel.

Great location for exploring Tokyo, extremely helpfull staff, large pool, very nice rooms, excelent breakfast. Gym should be bigger, especialy part with for strength training.

After a long flight, we were warmly welcomed with a delightful gift and our children’s teddy bears. The spacious room was conveniently located near our other room, making it easy for us to move around. Japan was my first time visiting, and the concierge team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. The breakfast was exceptional, and my wife raved about it, calling it the best lounge and breakfast she’s ever had. She’s already planning our next trip and is determined to extend our stay at this wonderful location.

Sushi chef at Roku Roku looks like Robert De Niro. Services are Up to Grand Hyatt standard. Does offer great location but room was small. Bathroom sink sticks out to the middle of the bathroom itself and wood floor in the bathroom was warped due to exposure to constant moisture.
