After 20 years plus it is still a great hotel that has been well maintained. The highlight of staying at Grand Hyatt is always Maduro bar, my favorite bar.

Super comfy bedding
Location is a heart of Christmas illumination areas Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown. Also there are several museums in walking distance. Atmosphere is modern elegant design. Love wonderful beds and soak in bathtub. Club lounge service is beyond expectations comes with the Mt. Fuji view. They’ve never disappointed me. Highly recommended!!

Decent, good location and convenient transportation. Friednly and professional crew, room is very clean, very satisfied with the house cleaning service. like the club access, breakfast is very delicious.

Grand Hyatt's spa is the best!
Loved the Grand Hyatt! Great location, right in the middle of the bustling area of Roppongi, convenient to many attractions and just fun to walk around. The hotel feels luxurious but not stuffy. Do not miss the spa -- this was an unexpected delight, and a welcome respite from the high energy of this part of town.
