Perfect hospitality
Jordan’s hospitality at Oak Door Bar was exceptional. He made me feel welcome right away and showed impressive knowledge of the cocktails, with recommendations that perfectly matched my taste. His service was attentive without being intrusive, which made the experience truly comfortable. Jordan’s professionalism and warmth clearly elevated the entire evening. Highly recommended.

Exceeded expectations
This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for a family of 5, kids 14, 12 and 9. The rooms were well appointed and large enough. Mainly though it was the service that made the trip. The concierge especially worked hard for us before and during our stay. All the twists and turns that come with family travel. Check in was easy. Bell desk got us what we needed quickly. And the location was great. Lots of traffic so plan accordingly. Spa also was lovely.

A very nice hotel in a high rent district of Tokyo
Stayed at this hotel using points. The rooms were very nice and large for Japan. Service as you would expect in Japan was exceptional. The one downside to this hotel is that it is in an affluent area of Tokyo, there is a Gucci store and other high end retailers right across the street. The downside is you have to travel a bit to get away from all that and find more authentic Japanese retailers and restaurants.
