Pricey, but great hotel in a great location.
Wonderful hotel. Spa / gym / pool was super clean and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing with great quality and options. You can tell the hotel has some age to it, but the rooms were super well maintained and clean. Great service all around.

One week stay
This hotel is connected to a great mall. It has several high end restaurants inside the mall. It is a short 5 minute walk to a nearby subway station. The staff goes out of their way to make sure all your needs are addressed. Would recommend. There are several extra amenities inside the room which you usually do not see at other hotels.

Best hotel I've stayed at
This is a very nice hotel. Overall, probably the best place that I've stayed at. It had a very luxurious feel accompanied by exceptional customer service. The staff members wouldn't even allow me to touch a single bag of mine while checking in or out. Looking forward to our next stay at this property.

Faultless stay. Highly recommend.
After traveling around Hokkaido and some other smaller places, I was looking for a luxury experience and I’m so happy I chose the Grand Hyatt. From start to finish it was an amazing stay. Large room and large bed were greetly appreciated. Perfect bathroom set up. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was very nice, and had many things to offer for those tired Japanese cuisine. Location near Roppongi station was ideal. Airport Limousine Bus picks up directly at the hotel. Highly recommend! I will stay here next time I visit Tokyo.
