Grand Hyatt Tokyo

Experience is always amazing at Grand Hyatt. Always looking forward to breakfast and dinner cocktails. Food is amazing as well as the staff are very friendly.

I am a lifetime globalist and my wife is a globalist and will soon reach lifetime status as well. We have stayed in over 40 Hyatts around the world. We love the Hyatt brand because Hyatt teams demonstrate a culture that focuses on delivering the best service to their guests. The Grand Hyatt Tokyo did not disappoint. Each & every member of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo team whom we encountered delivered service above and beyond our expectations. They demonstrated an unwavering devotion to guest service and made our experience most enjoyable and outstanding. We cannot thank everyone enough. The Grand Hyatt Tokyo is one of the best of the best in luxury, and comfort. The food was 1st class in variety, presentation, quality and taste in both the French Kitchen and the club lounge. The property is well maintained, spotless and beautiful. Please share our high commendations to the following: Masato M, Mohammed I, Frederic M, Carlos I, Sergio S, Sara H, Leon M, Takahshi T, Florian C, Sidney P, Ashok A, Rolando, the concierges in the club lounge as well as the team members in the French Kitchen. We cannot wait to return. We would come back to Tokyo just to stay at the Grand Hyatt.

The hotel and staff were outstanding. The check-in desk, concierge desk which we used a lot, and the restaurant French Connection restaurant staff were superb. Three people really stood out as exceptional. At the concierge desk Asaoka and Mikki were fantastic, and in the restaurant, Florian, an asst. manager was delightful and very helpful. All of them are great people. Our room was perfect. Housekeeping was excellent. My wife and I hight recommend the Grand Hyatt.

The hotel room they put me in it’s like a jail. No sunlight facing a grey wall. Room 735. Being an Amex member no room upgrade. I’ve been to JW Marriot Tokyo it’s a way better experience with room upgrade and lounges for executive members for being Amex platinums card holder. I do have to say the staff at the lobby are helpful and friendly.

The Grand Hyatt Tokyo certainly ticks all the boxes for a well-appointed hotel with exceptional service. From check in to the Club lounge, the standards of warmth and welcome did not disappoint. A special mention to both the concierge team who helped pre-book my restaurant reservations and also specially personally came to confirm them with me when I arrived and to offer additional assistance if I needed. Also, I must commend the staff at the Club lounge who were always welcoming and helpful.
