Wonderful home base for exploring Tokyo
Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo again. I was here on vacation with friends and it was the perfect spot to return to every day after sightseeing around Tokyo. My room was comfortable, clean, and large by Tokyo standards ( even though I’m pretty sure I booked the smallest room on property). The customer service was top notch. And I loved having access to the club for breakfast and evening apps. The massage chairs inside the spa / gym locker room were an unexpected and welcome bonus. We debated which neighborhood in Tokyo to stay for this trip and I am so glad we chose Roppongi and this hotel. Tokyo is a busy place and the Grand Hyatt is in a quieter, calmer part of town. Relaxing after being in the hustle and bustle all day.

Decent stay in tokyo
Had a nice stay in Tokyo with grand Hyatt. Hotel is expensive but with very good location in Roppongi where shopping & restrictions close by. A bit disappointed not getting the upgrade per globalist as it was busy April holiday.

Decent hotel
As a luxury hotel, this is far below average, but you can expect a pretty good stay with nice service as long as you don't have the expectation that this will be at par with some of the typical Grand Hyatt experience or that of other luxury hotels.
