Wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo
First time in Tokyo and loved staying at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and always available to give you great recommendations. We had access to the Grand Club, which I highly recommend. We got some wonderful restaurant recommendations that were walkable from the hotel and were perfect! They also arranged 2 half day private tours for us that were very reasonable and great for our first time visit to the city. Overall, the Grand Hyatt is a perfect hotel location with tons of amenities and a fabulous staff. We would go back in a heartbeat to the city and would definitely stay there again.

Memorable Stay with Family
Had an amazing stay here with my family. The hotel has a great modern stylish atmosphere and is in a perfect location, close to all activities in Roppongi. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days out. The service really stood out, with staff being welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well organised and high quality. A great place to stay with family, will definitely come back.

Wonderful start to our Japan adventure
We loved our stay. Beautiful hotel, great location for a family, and our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was warm and accommodating at every moment.

Good for a quick visit
Hotel property is very large and most likely best suited for families with small children. It's a very busy site--but good if you seek to be connected to several restaurants and shops. The rooms are standard and decent. My stay was just one night transitioning back home so it worked. I would not choose this for a regular relaxing vaction stay for several days.
