This property is exceptional. Your experience starts with the staff when you arrive. Friendly, courteous, with a passion to make sure that you are welcomed at the property. Shopping, great food, and an abundance of things to do close by the hotel.

An excellent stay at the grand Hyatt. The location is in a large complex with excellent amenities, the service is fantastic. The rooms are very slightly dated, but that doesn’t detract from the overall quality of the stay. Very recommended.

This was the last leg of our Tokyo trip as a family. This was also the only hotel that had the crib set up ready to go and had the most kids friendly amenities (and we stayed at Disneysea Mira Costa the night before). From family recommendations (check out the Robot park down the street) to having extra diapers on hand, I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Tokyo for families.

The hotel is well appointed and I recommend choosing to include the breakfast buffet with your stay. This provided wonderful options of local and full western breakfast options. For Celiacs, there was much to choose from and even a gluten free bread option. The coffee service was prompt, delicious and appreciated.

My wife and I decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo after considering so many other options and we were so pleased with our 5 night stay here. The staff are excellent and deserve so much praise for the hospitality and effort throughout the day. The Grand Hyatt Lounge was equally great and we enjoyed breakfast and the evening reception during 4 out of our 5 nights here. The staff at the lounge were prompt, kind and always went above and beyond to help. If you are on the fence, I would highly recommend this location and hotel. Roppongi in general was great and helped us escape the crowds in other neighborhoods. As a couple with little to no experience with train and buses, we found our way just fine and thought our location was great. Thank you to all the staff at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo!
