We stayed four nights here with our travel group. The view from our room was fantastic. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The complimentary amenities in the bathroom were the best. The most important feature was the welcoming Glass Court restaurant breakfast buffet and the most delicious crusty French bread outside of Paris

We stayed at Keio Plaza for one night between a stay at Tokyo Disney and heading to Hakone. The location was great for a family-close to different train lines and easy to walk with a stroller. The check in process was fast and efficient and the staff were so kind to our kids at reception. The kids got a welcome amenity bag with slippers, a character towel and sponge. The lobby is beautiful and we really enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room we stayed in was very outdated and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I could manage for one night but I wouldn’t stay here any longer for the sake of my back.

Chose the Keio Plaza based on location of the Tokyo Marathon. It is located directly next to the start line which was super convenient for my wife who completed the last of her six star journey in Tokyo. The hotel amenities were great and the rooms were spacious for our family. Location was also close to train station as well as area shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel for first time visitors

This is conveniently located - a short walk from the station. The rooms are really spacious - more than I expected for Tokyo. Lots of restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. They were friendly and the staff helped me with questions. You can tell they are used to international clientele as they had people in the lobby from all over the world helping the different groups. I was on one of the top floors and the views from my room were excellent - overlooking the city.

Keio Plaza Hotel in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo is a lovely five star hotel. It has beautiful amenities, numerous restaurants, excellent staff, and an ideal location in Shinjuku. If you book the right room, you will certainly have a five star experience . However, there are some rooms in this hotel, which are not at a five star level specifically the “Standard” room is three star room. The beds are twin size, the amenities are dated and of a lower quality. If you book KEIO Plaza Hotel I recommend the Deluxe room or higher if you want a five star experience.
