It is one of the most iconic hotels so I will say I am lucky to have experienced this as I may never be able to again. Everything was top notch but nothing that made you uncomfortable as if you didn't belong. The setup was also exquisite and where privacy is taken into heart. The lighting, ambience, designs all point to different spaces where it feels very private even though there are a bunch of outsiders heading to the bar.

It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot with work. Classic luxury feel, friendly staff and of course the view is amazing. I’ll stay there every time I go to Tokyo.

The hotel is really outstanding, recently opened after refurbishment and everything feels new. Breakfast was fantastic and our visits to the gym and pool were a real treat. Staff were always on hand to help. Would love to stay here again.

Great property, great service. Got an email a day ahead of our stay, our request was quickly heard and accommodated. Tomome-san was great at check-in, very courteous. All the staff from the bell desk to the Club house, they were top-notch; wiling to help you and serve you. Hardware is great as they finished the renovation just weeks ago. Somewhat far from the Shinjuku station, but they have a shuttle. The shuttle driver is very nice as well.

The “new” Park Hyatt Tokyo did not disappoint. The entire hotel has that new car smell! The updates are most noticeable in the room -- the bed, living area, minibar, and bathroom -- the changes were beautifully executed. The place feels both brand-new and familiar at the same time. We were still able to experience the charm and nostalgia of this iconic property, along with the exceptional hospitality from the staff. We’ll definitely be back soon!
