Very posh and well appointed
Not a place you would stay if you were interested in shopping. But was with walking distance to a big shopping area. And close to the train station. We stayed here because we wanted the experience of staying at a very up market hotel with fabulous views of Tokyo. We were on floor 47 of 52. The experience was great, it had a fabulous fit out, especially an amazing bathroom and drink selection. But the overall view was disappointing. Could not see a view from the bed. The best view was from the bathroom. Out of the 3 windows in the room 2 of them had forested glass. Very disappointing. Was it worth it for the price, probably not.

Great stay!
Very clean and spacious room. Has a big pool in it. Rooftop bar was great as well. Staff helped with bags and service was excellent!

Here is a polished, professional response tailored exactly to their prompt, free of emojis and em dashes. The standout factor of this exceptional stay was the incredible staff. Every point of contact elevated the experience, beginning with the welcoming and attentive bell boys who set a seamless tone from the moment of arrival. Special recognition must go to the concierge team, who went completely above and beyond by making numerous calls and coordinating logistics to help preserve the wedding flowers. Their dedication and resourcefulness during such an important personal milestone was deeply appreciated. The high level of care continued across the entire property. The spa staff provided a deeply restorative and peaceful environment, while the room service team was consistently prompt, professional, and precise. At breakfast, the staff delivered warm, impeccable service to start each morning perfectly. Finally, the team at the New York Grill provided an unforgettable evening with their stellar hospitality, sharp attention to detail, and flawless execution. Each department demonstrates the very best of Japanese hospitality.
