We booked a premier suite that was enormous at 1,200 sq. feet. Although it was twin beds pushed together, we were more than comfortable. The extra bathroom was nice to have and housekeeping was immaculate. It was fantastic to be able to open the balcony windows for fresh air. The only downside was the sound of street racers from 3:00 - 4:00 a.m., but on the third night, my white noise app drowned them out. The service there is lovely. While the hotel is getting a little long in the tooth and may not be as chic as other options in Tokyo, I loved the location, the bang for your buck, and the service.

I ended up at this hotel due to a last minute thing and boy, did I kick myself! Check in was ridiculously long as there were lot of people ahead of me. After a long international flight that was the last thing I wanted. Finally checked in and then they wouldn’t send the luggage to the room for another 30 minutes. I had to call twice to provide them details about luggage and finally someone brought them. I called room service and asked for a cappuccino or latte and he told me they only have black coffee. I tried to explain to him that black coffee is a bit too harsh on my stomach and I need something with oat milk. He said they only have regular milk and as I was asking a few questions trying to figure out where I can get a cappuccino, he just hung up on me! I think that’s partly because of his difficulty with English. So if you don’t know how to communicate something to a customer, just hang up the phone. Problem solved! Eventually I ordered coffee and some oat milk through Uber Eats. Imagine staying at a 5 star hotel and ordering a cappuccino through Uber Eats! I was told their management has been ‘thinking’ about adding non-dairy options for a while. Welcome to Japan! Had difficulty ordering dinner from room service again mainly because of language issues. The person taking the orders would not understand even simple customization requests. Just read out as it is from the menu and he would put it in, anything beyond that is too much to ask for. There was a ridiculously long wait for breakfast, almost an hour just to get seated. Breakfast itself was good but if I had any idea that it would take so long, I would have considered other options. The hotel is located right next to Tokyo Tower. So I am sure that’s a big draw for lot of customers and Tokyo Tower views are really nice, to be fair. Everything else falls way short of what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. My suite was spacious and house keeping was good. Quality of the breakfast and the views from the restaurant were good. Waiting was a different story. As a frequent visitor to Tokyo, I would be hard pressed to come back and stay here. It feels like this hotel is still stuck in old times and the management have no intention of moving forward. This is mainly targeted towards Japanese and Chinese customers, others may find it a bit challenging. This won’t be a surprise if it is a hotel in a small town or a ryokan in a hot springs town, but for a 5 star hotel in the middle of Tokyo this is definitely not international enough. I am not sure how they even managed to get 5 stars rating.

Room was good, location good, reception staff and bell hop staff were excellent. Main disappointment was the 33rd floor Sky Lounge for evening food and breakfast. The food was good but staff are functional and unhelpful. Ridiculous situation - their default position is you need to wait 15, 30 mins! You should not need to allow 60 mins to get breakfast from a buffet. When u do get seated u notice many empty and available tables. Lots of people complaining. One day we had to miss breakfast as 30 min wait, we had allowed an hour but was meeting a guide, another day same and my wife didn’t bother coming up. Lots of staff around with one slow speed, needs sorting out not acceptable. Also all in all not great value quite expensive but it was a comfortable stay. Would not recommend

We stayed here for a family sightseeing trip in Tokyo. The view from the room was fantastic, with the Tokyo Tower right outside—especially the night view! A major plus is the beautiful parks right next door (Shiba Park and Zojoji). It felt luxurious to enjoy a quiet, green walk in the morning, right in the middle of the city. The location, views, and peaceful setting made it perfect for our family gathering. A highly recommended hotel for any Tokyo visit!

We were very pleased with the hotel upkeep, service, housekeeping, and dining options. The Prince Park Tower is surrounded by a beautiful park and walking distance from the Tokyo Tower. Some rooms also have beautiful views of the Tower. We stayed for 3 nights in a suite with a little kitchenette and another night in a regular room. Everything was perfect, right from the amenities to the front desk staff, to housekeeping. We were very impressed. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is father away from some of the key sightseeing sites so a good option if you plan to use public transport.
